Hello WLP supporters!  

Wow, it has been an eventful month! I am happy to announce that we have received our nonprofit 501c3 status from the IRS! This means we are listed as a public charity and donors can deduct contributions they make to WLP under IRS section 170.

In other news, we have selected a pilot school to get WLP programs off the ground. We are teaming up with a local private school, Mountain Sun Community School, to offer early childhood programs for the Spring 2018 semester. Having Mountain Sun as our pilot school will enable us to test programing and generate interest in our organization. I am working with Mountain Sun’s two early childhood educators to tailor WLP programs to meet their students’ needs.  Mountain Sun will be providing feedback and evaluations, as well as, photos and testimonials about our programs.
